- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ¼ cup chopped, roasted peanuts
- ¼ cup crushed, pretzels
- ½ teaspoons salt flakes, divided
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment or wax paper.
- Melt 1 tablespoons of the butter and the chocolate chips. Use a double boiler or 10-second bursts in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, stir between each interval, until the chocolate is just melted and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Transfer ½ cup of the melted chocolate to a small bowl and set aside.
- Add the peanuts, pretzels and 1 teaspoon of salt into the remaining chocolate sauce; set aside.

- Drizzle the remaining ½ cup of melted chocolate over the oatmeal bar, and then sprinkle with the remaining ½ teaspoon salt.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
