Hello Rose, This is one of our favorite overnight oats recipes. Oats do have a lot of carbohydrates, combined with the natural sugars in the blueberries, there is a decent amount of carbs in this recipe. If you are looking to cut back, the reduce this recipe in half and it will still be plenty filling for a hearty meal prep.
